Shipping Policy

Hey there! Thanks for choosing Printrushnow — we’re stoked to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship, where we ship, and what to expect along the way.


Where We Ship

Right now, we’re shipping to the 48 continental U.S. states. Unfortunately, we’re not quite ready to deliver to:

  • Alaska & Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories
  • Military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses
  • International destinations

We’re working hard behind the scenes to expand our reach — stay tuned!


Our Shipping Partners

We team up with trusted carriers like:

  • EMS
  • Regional delivery services

Your shipping method and carrier will be auto-selected based on what gets you your order fastest.


Order Processing Time

We process orders Monday through Friday, between 9 AM and 6:30 PM (EST). If you place an order after 5 PM EST, it’ll get picked up the next business day.

We take a break on these holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Presidents’ Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

We offer two shipping speeds. Here’s how they stack up:

*Actual delivery times can vary depending on your location, weather, or order volume — but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving.


Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, we’ll shoot you an email with tracking info. Just a heads-up: sometimes it can take 2–3 business days for tracking links to update.

If your tracking hasn’t updated in a few days, feel free to contact us — we’ve got your back.


Custom or Personalized Orders

If you ordered something custom-made, we’ll need a bit more time to create it. Production can take an extra 3–7 business days before shipping, depending on the product.

You’ll see your estimated delivery time during checkout.


Shipping Address Matters

Double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Incorrect or incomplete info can lead to delays or returned packages.

If your package is returned due to an address error, we’ll reach out to confirm the correct info and send it back out (reshipping fees may apply).


Delivery Issues & Delays

Sometimes, things happen outside our control — weather, carrier issues, or the occasional logistics hiccup. If there’s ever a delay, we’ll keep you in the loop and help make it right.

If your order shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, try:

  • Checking around your home/building
  • Asking neighbors or reception desks
  • Waiting 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes mark deliveries early)

If it’s still missing, email us within 7 days and we’ll help track it down.
