We get it — plans change. Whether you made a typo, selected the wrong size, or simply had second thoughts, we want to make things as smooth as possible. Here’s how we handle cancellations and order changes.
How Long Do You Have?
You’ve got a window of 4 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation or make a change. After that, your order might already be in production or on its way, and we can’t guarantee edits.
To cancel or update your order, contact us as soon as possible via:

Quick Heads-Up
- Custom Orders: Personalized items start production quickly and usually can’t be canceled or edited after the 24-hour window.
- Shipping Info: Double-check your delivery address at checkout — we ship fast, and incorrect addresses often mean delays or extra fees.
- Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we’ll gladly reship it, but you may need to cover the new shipping cost.
