Printrushnow is committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy outlined below.
1. Return Request Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team within 180 days of receiving your order. Requests can be submitted via our Contact Form or by emailing support@printrushnow.com.
For faster processing, include the following in your request:
- Full name used on the order
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photographic evidence (if applicable)
- Preferred resolution (refund or replacement)
2. Return Eligibility
Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all original tags attached
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required
Returns will not be accepted for the following:
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Products with personalized content submitted by the customer (e.g., incorrect text, images, or designs)
- Returns requested after the 180-day period
3. Shipping & Handling
- Return Shipping Fees: Waived for items damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
- In all other cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Return Process
Once your return request is approved, follow the steps below:
- Prepare the package: Place the item(s) in the original packaging (if available) and include a copy of your purchase confirmation.
- Ship the return: Send the item(s) to the return address provided. Retain the tracking number and share it with our support team for monitoring.
- Confirmation and Resolution: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you regarding the status of your refund or replacement.
5. Refund Terms
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of return receipt
- Refund timing may vary based on payment provider processing times
- Replacement items (if requested) will be shipped within 3–5 business days following approval
